Many of our staff have been part of the Leaping Toads family for years, providing children with familiar, consistent adults.

Qualified and Committed

All staff working with children hold recognised Early Years qualifications, ensuring high standards of care and learning. Our team is also trained in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding, and regularly takes part in professional development to keep our practice high-quality and up to date

Our multicultural and multilingual team reflects the diversity of our community. We speak a range of languages, helping children and families feel welcomed, understood, and supported from the very start. Staff-to-child ratios meet and often exceed statutory requirements, allowing us to provide high levels of care and individual attention.

Your Child's Key Person

When your child joins Leaping Toads, they are supported by a dedicated Key Person who forms a close bond with them and takes time to really get to know them as an individual.

Your child's Key Person is your main point of contact, sharing regular updates and understanding your child's personality, interests and individual needs. Using this knowledge, they plan meaningful experiences that help your child grow in confidence and make strong progress.
